非要死钻牛角尖干什么,不行就换,如果还不行就用真机，反正你搞android开发早晚要用到真机还不如在学习的时候就用,这样你以后对真机就熟悉了；

abd端口被占用了，找出占用abd端口的程序，从任务管理器关掉，重启Eclipse。
重装下系统看看，一般都是软件冲突造成的。
