加headerview或者footerview，监听滑动，动态改变view的高度，根据需要改变布局中item的状态，或者加动画什么的，具体看代码

去掉listview的divider，你在footerview的布局和item的布局中增加分割线，或者不显示分割线

布局加这个属性 android:footerDividersEnabled="false"，不过这个会将footerview的上下两根线都隐藏掉
