那就去掉单引号

你的密码是字符串还是数字？

那就去掉单引号

 string sql = "select * from [user]  where ID ='" + textBox1.Text + "' and 密码 = " + textBox2.Text";

id也是数字？那id也要去掉
string sql = "select * from [user] where ID =" + textBox1.Text + " and 密码 = " + textBox2.Text;
