如何将图片变成小图标

要将接收到的图片按照一定比例缩小成小图标的形式,然后点击这个图标原图就会显示出来,这个要怎么做?我是个渣渣,恳求大神给予指导.如果有代码那就更好了.非常感谢各位的帮助..
