android 分享视频到新浪微博

我在使用的时候发现，在有些手机上面的分享里面找不到新浪微博，但是分享图片就可以找到新浪微博。还有些手机里面找的到新浪微博，但是每次分享上传都失败。
我的代码如下：

File file = new File(imagePath);
intent.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_STREAM, Uri.fromFile(file));
intent.setType("video/*");
intent.setFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK);

startActivity(Intent.createChooser(intent, getTitle()));
我没下载新浪微博的SDK ，直接用系统分享功能。
大神说下为什么分享不成功，和为什么在一些手机里面的分享中找不到微博。
