关于xampp的问题 不能够打开数据库管理页面

我用的是win8.1的系统，下载xampp-win32-1.8.3-3-VC11-installer

安装在d盘。出现

但是http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ 无法显示。
是安装不正确，还是我的系统不能安装xampp?
