IntelliJ IDEA清空项目缓存

有时候IntelliJ IDEA中的缓存会引起错误。在Eclipse中可以使用清空缓存解决，在 IntelliJ IDEA中有没有类似的方法？

点击File -> Invalidate caches

Build->Reubuild Project

synchronize 刷新本地文件 Ctrl+Alt+Y 改成F5 Detect all externally changed files and reload them from disk. 就是refresh
