mysql 两表查询的性能问题

两个表查询，两个表都是上百万条记录，where条件都加了索引，但是查询非常慢，有什么优化办法吗？
select trade.trading_account,trade.trading_date,trade.windcode,trade.match_qty,entrust.business_action_id from RMS_TRADE_2020 as trade,RMS_ENTRUST_2020 as entrust
where trade.trading_date = entrust.trading_date
and trade.trading_account = entrust.trading_account
and trade.entrust_id = entrust.entrust_id

多数据的情况下不建议用左连接，右连接，内连接或其它的函数，大数据介绍有分析数据库，如spark,mpp,pg等
