镜像都找不到springboot相关的包了吗？

新建项目时springboot包一直无法下载，一直提示

Could not find artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-stater-parent:pom:2.1.13.RELEASE in central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)

且修改版本号以及镜像都报同样错误。然后查看了几个镜像网站发现springframework下都没有springboot包。以下是我搜索的几个镜像网站

你这不还是从官网下的吗？网络连接超时吧，你镜像没配好

这里的组件名称stater写错了吧，不是starter？
