请大佬帮忙修改下这段代码，让在不删文件的情况下，不让再弹广告。
我电脑上安装了一些破解软件（AE，3Dmax等），之前安装过娱乐大师，最近经常再任务栏弹游戏广告，必须要点开用任务管理器关闭，我从任务管理器处找到了这个文件夹，

代码看不懂，我之前是删除这几个文件夹
来解决的，但是删了几次第二天又有了。我想把这个代码改一下，不再给我弹这种广告。或者其他方法彻底解决这个广告问题。顺便问一下，qh.json这个文件是什么？非常感谢
