PYthon聚类时无CH函数，升级sklearn包后重启内核仍报错

升级了一下sklearn包，然后就一直报这个：
Note: you may need to restart the kernel to use updated packages.

升级的原因，之前运行时报这个错：module 'sklearn.metrics' has no attribute 'calinski_harabaz_score

我已经重启了好几遍kernel，仍然在报图中的问题，请问有什么解决办法呢？
