求助，数据库安装时出现错误
在win10下安装数据库
报错：
然后我又卸载几次，重新安装都出现了这个问题。用mysqld --console查看，出现错误： Could not open the mysql.plugin table. Please perform the MySQL upgrade procedure.
找了好久没找到解决办法，有没有大神知道解决办法啊！！
