意思是：如果我（用户B）在NAT中，无法提供公网IP访问。我下载了种子A，然后重新制种。BT的原理上，用户C在下载种子A指向的文件时，会有部分文件的传输是我（B）传给C。那如果我在NAT中无法提供公网IP访问，C要如何从我（B）这里下载数据呢？
