打开character creator报错，故障模块RLimageInternal.dll,怎么破？

重新安装还是提示这个错误。

故障模块名称: MSVCR120.dll
我的是这个。。。。。！

原因是Windows7的补丁问题,解决方案可以直接用windows10 或者 Note: Windows 7 sp1 + Platform Update (KB 2670838) 根据Readme这个配置 对一下 把KB 2670838下载下来
